(Prof./Dr. Angshumita Chakraborty will be the Secretary of all Hostel Committees and he will be responsible for preparing meal charge account and make it audited by the hostel committees in every month. And he will sign all vouchers with other superintendents and warden including seat rent voucher. College accountant will prepare the seat rent account and make it audited by the external auditor annually. A bank account will be opened for the meal charge and it will be jointly operated by the Secretary Hostel Committee and the Principal).
